The big difference to most other companies is that you don't interview for a specific job, but for a type of role. Since the process can stretch out, and they hire so many, by the time you're through the process, the slate of available jobs may be different. - I first worked with a recruiter who said the Duet team (Google's co-pilot) was hiring. Next I went through a panel of 5 interviews, scheduled over the course of 2 weeks. After that, I believe more interviews would have occurred, presumably targeted towards a specific job. - For PM jobs, they explore 7 dimensions: product insight, analytical, strategy, functional, craft & execution, Google values, and your specific domain of knowledge.
