In the first (HR) round, the interviewer did not go through my resume in detail but focused on discussing the projects I had worked on, the technical fields I was familiar with, what I hoped to gain from the internship, my preferred onboarding timeline, and which office location was closest to me. In the second round, the team manager introduced the team’s current projects and discussed role fit, job matching, and potential placement opportunities based on my background.
