I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Goodwill (Arab, AL) in Mar 2021
Interview
Applying was easy and took a total of three minutes, getting a response from the lady in charge was very difficult due to covid19. Got an answer and was called in to talk in person, the interview felt uncomfortable due to the fact that we were in a very tiny room with three people. They didn't really seem to have any questions to really ask me or talk to me about because my job description is so straight forward and simple. I didn't get the job and was informed this way later then the set date I was supposed to be told but she was just busy.
