It was very quick and easy. It was on site and very low pressure. They made it feel very comfortable. The interview lady was very nice. I ultimately turned down the job, but I did remember the process and how pleasant it was.

Question 1
To describe a time where I had to deal with difficult employee
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Portland, OR)
Interview
I applied via Craigslist ad. The store manager called to set up an interview a few days later. She was engaging, kind, and direct. The interview was around 40 minutes, but that was probably because we got to talking about other things. I dressed well for the interview, and everytime I've had a friend come in for an interview it is stressed that should try to look sharp. When I was offered the position, I had to immediately go to a Kaiser facility to be drug tested.
simple, barely any questions. they didn’t ask much, first time worker and they still hired me sooo but that was 2021. It wasn’t awful but not very structured. could’ve been worse
Called me on the phone and set an in-person interview. Asked a few questions in their office, with just one manager. Interview probably lasted 30 minutes, with basic questions about my cashiering experience, why I was looking for a job, etc.
