Filled out application online. Got a call back a few days later to schedule interview. Went in for interview. Store manager was very nice. Could tell she really valued her position. Explained to me what the goodwill was and what their mission is. She asked me a lot of background questions about myself like hobbies, etc. Also asked a few scenario type questions. Interview went great. Filled out paper to send off background check. It came back in like a week, got a call to set up orientation. Orientation was an oral drug test and a huge stack of forms and paperwork.

Interview
Filled out pre-application in store and another online. Was called the same day for an interview the following day. The people were very nice, gave an alcohol and drug test, asked a few questions then offered the job and sent me for physical.
