Goodwill Driver Helper interview questions

First I received a phone call which took about 20 minutes. They were very persistent that I do it right at that moment even though I told them I was currently at work and driving my truck. The second part Of the interview was in person at the 51st Ave office and after creating an online profile there at the career center I was finally taken back to the Dept manager.
