The interview itself was reasonable, but the overall process felt unprofessional. After speaking with the hiring manager, I received no update on the outcome, only an email requesting feedback on the interview process, which effectively signaled that I had been rejected. A simple communication about the decision before requesting feedback would have been much more appropriate. Additionally, the recruiter asked several personal questions that felt unnecessary and inappropriate, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Clearer communication and a more professional tone throughout the process would significantly improve the candidate experience.
