It's pretty straightforward. Like any other process, there is only one aim. Discover who this individual is and how they're great fit for this company. Is there an alignment of values, culture, and beliefs?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Good Shepherd Community (New York, NY)
Interview
straightforward. Met with a supervisor who asked questions about my experience and background. Gave some additional information about the program, the kind of person they were looking to hire, and the goals. The hours were a bit unclear heading into the program
Interview was a breeze. It was quick and easy. It was more like just being informed of what the job is and what is expected of you. It was no pressure and comfortable. You have to know someone who works there to get hired. Hiring is mostly done by referrals.
