I Went through the recruiter and hiring manager rounds, which were fairly easy but was ultimately was ghosted by the recruiter even after following up a couple of times for feedback. If I’m not mistaken they required an assessment followed by a panel and company head meeting. Tbh too much for what the salary was.
First call was with the recruiter. Second was with the director and then moved on to a manager interview with the head of media. Last interview when i knew i got the position was with the Ceo and president of the company
Met with one person in a management position. Interview seemed to be going well and she said that she would set up a follow up interview. Very conversational and asked for my work experience.
She completely ghosted me and didn't even send a rejection response after I followed up a couple times. If you've interviewed someone then please take a couple minutes out of your "busy schedule" to send a rejection.
