The interview process was four steps. First, you have an initial screening with a recruiter. Second, you do a behavioral interview with a manager. Third, you do a mock cold call. Finally, you meet with the head of Business Development. This process was very well structured and after each interview, you hear back within 48 hours.

Interview process was great. Definetly competive as they want the best of the best. Be prepared as much as you possibly can. Definetly one of the better companies to work at.

Interviewed with SDR manager, then other SDR manager for mock call, then final interview with a different SDR manager. All people were very nice. Interviews were pretty casual and standard. Gong has high expectations since it's a very competitive role, so take some time to prepare. Mock call was fun!

The interview process was four rounds. Phone screening, hiring manager, cold call exercise, and final round with another manager. The cold call exercise was a little intimidating initially, however, the manager gave great actionable feedback!
