Great interview process!
Challenging but in the right focus.
In addition you meet many people from the company while inside the process and learning from them how the company works and how professional they are.
The interview process was professional and organized. It included a technical assessment and several rounds of discussions. Communication was consistent throughout, providing a clear understanding of the role and the company expectations.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gong (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
There's at least 3 phases, Introduction, a "get to know you" interview, and take home test. The initial talks and conversations were good. However I was ghosted after submitting the take home assignment. I reckon that kind of attitude is present in their culture.
