I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Golden Financial (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
I have worked for the company for over 3 years now, so the review process was a while back. As I remember they had a strict process to getting hired. Firstly, they had a group meeting with all the new potential new hires in their HR department. It lasted about 2 hours. They reviewed a long list of items including: A. hours B. Technology used C. How they are different D. Expectations, etc... Next they would call the selected applicants to come in for a more formal interview with the sales manager in charge of the next interview

Question 1
What type of technology have I worked with in the past? (Looking for specific CRM's) -- then getting into detailed questions regarding our abilities on computers ranging from basics such as Word and Excel, to advanced questions on phone systems, understanding queues, dialers, etc.. The company asked questions about past experience. What are my goals? Why do I want to work at Golden Financial Services? They looked at my background extensively. Again, my interview was over 3-years back so its hard to remember all of the details.
