Interview
GS will claim the interview is "informal" but always be prepared. Most of the department directors/ partners in charge of the practice groups are very savvy and in tune with their needs/ limits. After speaking with someone initially, there will likely be 2 more rounds. People are both professional and approachable-- let your expertise and personality shine. If you don't, you likely won't fit in there.
