I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GoldOller Real Estate Investments (Southfield, MI) in Mar 2024
Interview
First a phone interview with HR, then an onsite interview. Both were friendly and professional. Was asked to do a site evaluation / shop at a different location and turn in a report. Then a 3rd interview via zoom, and asked to give references. I didn't mind any of that, but I didn't hear anything back after the 3rd interview. After a fairly extensive interview process lasting 3 weeks and including a site review, it was very disappointing to not hear back either way. A simple email would've been appreciated. I also don't think companies should ask for professional references until they know they are going to use them. The applicant has to let these references know that they are giving out their contact information, and that's something they really shouldn't have to do if the potential employer has no intention of actually contacting them.

Question 1
Specific questions about running communities, time management, etc. Standard property management questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad the interview process felt professional and friendly. We apologize for the lack of communication after your final interview and appreciate your suggestion about reference requests. We’ll share this feedback to help improve our candidate experience.
