Had an interview with Maintenance Lead then after had one with the Gym Manager. Overall experience was great and quick. Had to call to receive an interview in the first place.

Interview
I applied online, recieved an email to come in within 3-4 days asking for an interview.. Went in with no job experience, everyone was very nice, positive, and friendly.. Got a call back 4 days later asking for a background check, passed that.. Then next day asked to do some paperwork and I started that day.
