Great and easy conversation. Manager was very nice and easy to talk to. Was more like a typical conversation than an interview. After the interview we actually went through a few exercises and I had to write out a training plan for different individuals.

Interview
Good facilitation of group interview called back for second interview same day. Current staff was full of energy, welcoming, and professional. My first interview was with a group of 5 other people but ample time was given to each individual to answer all question. interviewers will ask you to give a brief introduction of your self and current experience before starting the interviewing process.

walk in, get swole. loved every second they were polite and asked questions i was very interested in as a gym goer. must be large to walk in though lots of gear taken place.

Interview
It was a pretty easy-going interview. They did ask lots of questions, but it wasn't intimidating. It lasted a little over 30 minutes. They were really just trying to get to know me and see if i would be a good fit for the enviroment.
