I was kicked off the group interview with no explanation from the host/recruiter 5 minute into the discussion. I feel like this is a complete lack of respect from the recruiter.

Two step application. first one is the competency in the subject you wanna teach the second step is an interview to conform your soft skills. Both steps went well and i felt well handled.
