Straight forward Interview process:
1. Phone Screening - Asking about your background
2. Technical Round 1 hr - Coding Exercise with a Sr. Software Engineer
3. 6 hours On-Site Virtual Interview - covers all part
(Front End, Back end, System Design, QA round, Product/Project Management, DB Design)
But their recruitment is pathetic ! During my screening call, I mentioned several times I didn't have industrial experience in Reactjs. However, the recruiter moves forward with my application saying it's fine since they have other teams that need a backend engineer and you will learn and gain experience in ReactJs along the way.
After spending 6 hours of my time, they reject me because I am not proficient in REACTJS.
The recruiter and team have no internal communication. They could have easily rejected me during my telephonic screening but they went through my application, wasting my time and expect me to re-apply after 6 months. Hell No! Thanks.
