I got a referral from a friend who works at GoFundMe. I only had a 30-minute recruiter call and a 30-minute hiring manager call, and the process took about 10 days. I received the recruiter email a day after the referral. The recruiter call happened 2 days later at my earliest convenient. After passing the recruiter screening, the hiring manager call happened a week later. Both rounds were 30 minutes long and focused mainly on behavioral and design process questions. The recruiter was not very communicative and not very clear about the entire process, so I had to send them follow-up emails to understand where we were and the next steps. I think it would be more helpful to outline the entire steps with candidates to avoid confusion.
