Group interview consisting of between 15 to 30 applicants, including both group activities to ascertain personality and demeanour, as well as individual interview where questions such as previous experience and availability are asked.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Group interview with team building exercises followed by a one to one interview and I had received an answer by the end of the week as to whether I was successful.

Interview
Brought in as a group to partake in team building exercises, then pulled aside 1 by 1 for interview. Had response by the next afternoon. Staff were all extremely friendly and funny - lovely environment!
