Was rejected due to too cultural fit. Not sure what does it mean, bat at the moment I was interview 2 key person left and one left in week or so. Looks like they're really culturally specific.

They're using Golang code generator based on protobuffer / grpc. Just update your knowledge around protobuf.

Interview
The team is small, so you'll meet everyone, even VPs and C-level execs. The team you are interviewing on will all meet you and spend about an hour with you each, so expect at least a day or two of interviewing.

Interview
They will put you through the ringer. I had 3 interviews for the lowest level position in the company. Final interview was with the CEO. They will make you prove yourself to every person of import before they extend an offer, even if they have said the offer is coming. No one trusts each others decisions so get ready for a marathon.
