El proceso consistió en una serie de entrevistas. La primera fue con Recursos Humanos, la segunda con el equipo de ventas y la tercera con el Manager. El nivel de dificultad de las entrevistas fue creciendo.

Interview
The interview process with Glovo was challenging but structured. It started with an online application followed by an initial HR screening. Next came a case study focused on sales strategy and market expansion, which was quite tough and required quick thinking. Finally, a panel interview tested communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Overall, it was demanding yet fair, designed to assess both technical ability and cultural fit.
3 stop interwiew- with HR on phone, with HR online and last one with team manager. Standard questions and some cases to solve/answear. Overall good atmosphere, good questions and also willingness to answer questions from my side.
