I was contacted by a recruiter about a position. I believe she didn’t even know what role she was interviewing me for, and she explicitly stated that overtime is expected. I clearly said that I was not interested in the position. Despite this, I later received an email saying that I had not passed the first stage. To be clear, I declined the position — it was not you who decided not to move forward with me!!!
