Interview
The recruitment process is communicated to candidates in advance and generally consists of an initial HR call, followed by a technical interview, a business case, and concluding with a cultural alignment interview. The interviews are scheduled in rapid succession, and feedback is provided promptly after each stage.

What is the best feedback you have received and why.
First interview was with the HR, second interview was technical with the head of the department. Questions were technical like what can be reasons for long delivery times, calculate turnover if fleet and churn are the following. The interview questions in general are not difficult, but some of them require knowledge of the industry - like what would you do in such situation.

1) Screening with manager
2) Technical take-home test
3) Technical interview
4) Interview with head of department
Parts 3 and 4 were the most difficult
