They ask you about your personal background and how you know the brand. Also asking you your favorite product from the brand. Also why do you want to work there. Pretty straight forward questions. I received an email around 3-4 days after my interview.

Interview
Many rounds of interviews which is nice from a DEI perspective, allowing for more than one person to have a say in the candidate selection. That said, it took up a lot of time and even though I was told I was a wonderful candidate for the role, I got a form rejection email and no feedback. Bummer.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Glossier (Washington, DC) in Nov 2025
Interview
Quick, hiring manager was very communicative and responded well with scheduling the interview. Got an email back in two days and was offered a position mid interview. They started training within the weekend.
