I applied for the job on their website. I got an emails acknowledging that they have received the application. Someone from HR reached out to me on emails and asked me for a good time to have a call. So had a call with HR /staffing agency and that was followed by a technical round. During this time there were multiple calls and emails exchanged with HR folks. It would have helped if they had made it ample clear what the job requirements really are.
