I applied through other source. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Gainesville, GA) in Jul 2017
Interview
You will go through about a 10-minute interview with one of the managers to determine if you are a good fit. If you are a good fit then you will listen to a 45 minute presentation by the agency owner. Then you will go back with the manager and have a more lengthy interview. If the manager still likes you then you'll be invited back for a follow-up in which they will present more detail of the position and go over the sales process.

Interview
I was contacted via text message which did not give the companies name. I had no idea that I was responding to Globe Life. I was set up for an interview for a position I never applied to.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division in Jul 2025
Interview
Group interview that was really a presentation on why the company was so great and look at all this money you can make. Very little actual discussion of their process and how you manage to book appointments. Work/life balance is a big selling point.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process felt unstructured and misleading. The company operates primarily on a commission-only model, which was not clearly communicated upfront. The presentation was vague and unclear, with the presenter, who is also the company owner, arriving late due to a "phone call" while a group of 10 or more candidates waited. There were no questions asked during the interview, and I felt that my time was not respected. Overall, I found the experience to be a waste of nearly two hours.
