Interview
First contact was simply a video describing the job, and a payscale overview. Then you fill out a questionnaire. Then a zoom interview with one of the supervisory directors. They did not ask many questions.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
Straightforward interview, more conversational than extremely formal. Informative and not as overbearing as you would think. It helps that it is virtual, as being in the comfort of your own space helps with anxiety.
