I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Globe Life (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2023
Interview
There was a questionnaire at the end asking about potential concerns, why questions we had for the company. Previous experience, mostly looking for dedication and drive. Asked How did you solve a problem at your last job.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Globe Life (Anderson, IN) in Jul 2023
Interview
I was texted from "The Nelson Organization" that they found my resume on CareerBuilder and wanted to schedule an interview. I got an email from "Nelson Agency Company" confirming my interview. The "interview" ended up being a group zoom call where we watched a prerecorded video. Then I learned it was for Globe Life (why all these other names?) and NOT for an entry level management position. They first pitched an insurance sales position, then briefly mentioned a higher paying management position but with very strict requirements. It was a bait and switch and a waste of my time.

Question 1
Would I be willing to acquire a state license to sell insurance at a "very small cost"? (It's $375!)
