I applied through other source. I interviewed at Globe Life (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2022
Interview
This was not for me. I was approached by two different groups for an "interview" which I agreed to. It turned out to be the exact same presentation (sales pitch) by two different sales groups with multiple participants (which was never mentioned) eventually leading up to Globe Life Insurance.
It's not the path I'm interested in, but it might be for others. I think they could have been more transparent that these are really sales positions. Growth and development are based on achieving established goals.

Question 1
There were very few.
What do you want to do?
What do you want to avoid?
I want to be rich (agree/disagree check box)
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Globe Life in Nov 2025
Interview
Broad zoom call, limited info, 1 on 1 brief interview, then they make you listen to calls on zoom for 2 hours. They mentioned if you understood what it was then you would see if you are a fit after.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Globe Life (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process consisted of three rounds:
Initial Screen - A recruiter reached out quickly after I applied. The first conversation was very surface level, mostly about availability and interest, with little detail about the actual role.
Second Round - Framed as a “sales/management/business” type role, but the questions were vague and didn’t really dig into my skills or experience. It felt more like they were selling the company to me than evaluating me for a legitimate position.
Final Interview – Scheduled with a manager or director (Adrion Robertson) - Globe Life American Income Division: Giddens Organization. I showed up on time and even sent a reminder email, but the interviewer never arrived and never responded afterward. No explanation, no follow-up, and no apology - I was simply ghosted.
Overall, the process was disorganized and unprofessional. While the early stages made it seem like a structured opportunity, the lack of transparency, the vague role descriptions, and ultimately being ghosted confirmed the negative reviews I later found online.
