A large group interview where you couldn’t ask questions. The requested we send in a paragraph of why we should get the job. No real interview process just steps on how to move forward and get your licensing which you have to pay for.
You watch a presentation, go over the business, pay, expectations and then fill out an evaluation form. They review the form and they will present you with an offer if you are a fit.
