Fluida, agradable, con mucho respeto y organización. Había un buen seguimiento del proceso y brindaban toda la información a medida que se avanzaba. Duro par de semanas y fueron completamente comprensivos con las fechas de ingreso.

Me parecio que la entrevista fue muy superficial, me hicieron preguntas redundantes y estuvieron varias semanas "buscando" personal para que luego digan que el proyecto en el cual estaban buscando se cerró por cuestiones del cliente.

First a phone interview for basic info, a couple of questions about the experience and salary expectation (Nothing technical). Second interview with the recruiter about experience and soft skills (Nothing technical). Third interview is technical, so they can classify you in role and seniority depending on their open roles. Mine was with AWS, questions about system design, scalability, security and what type of engineer you are and you'd like to be.
