Basically being questioned about your background, what you have learned, what do you know about this position and their company. And the further question about your family and next 5-year plan.
Got contacted by hiring manager and scheduled an interview by next few days. Interview with a panel of senior engineers. Knowledge in semicon process seems to be a key point.

Interview
It starts with a set of IQ test by HR, followed by interview with 2 senior engineers + 1 division head in a small room. Be prepared of the technical questions. They also ask about your knowledge in semiconductor industry. The interviewers could be friendly, but that doesn't imply any better chance. Employee referral is very much helpful.
