If you do well on the test, a final interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager and the Research Director at GlobalData. The process is quite lengthy, and each stage usually takes at least a week to receive feedback. Overall, the interviewers and HR team were always respectful and very professional. The only thing I found unprofessional was the lack of follow-up after interviews. Candidates are often ghosted without even receiving a rejection email, despite the process being long and time-consuming.
