The interview type was a panel conducted by the Site Leader, one of the Production Team Leaders and Human Resources. The panel was nice, made me feel relaxed about the process and decision made quickly. It was an overall good experience.

Interview
A 5 people panel interview. You will be called for an interview with 5 older guys sitting across the table with you (intimidation lol). You will receive a test score for this process later via postal mail afterward. I think, I received an average score but called back after being laid off for another round of being a journeyman electrician. Just be honest and you'll be fine.

It was a very easy laid back Interview, No pressure. Not a lot of questions. one on one interview. Ask about experience and skills and if you have experience using Forklift and other equipment.
