I applied through linked-in. I was contacted a short-time after by an internal recruiter. The next week i went down to Cleveland for an in person interview. the next day i received an offer.

I applied through Linkedin and about an hour later the Recruiting manager called me to schedule a face to face interview. Face to face interview went well, basic questions and went over my resume and education. The office environment was not their typical office where I would be working, but it was very boring and bland. The interview was also late on a Friday so everyone in the office seemed to be just sitting around. I was offered a second interview, but declined as I did not get a good vibe from the atmosphere. Would have been a good job to start off with, but it was not for me.
