Interview
The interview was formal. HR and Office Manager are the people who interviewed me. HR asked to describe myself and my previous experience. The office manager usually explains the role of the job and asks me if I am able to do the job requirements.

The question that challenged me was when the HR asked me if I did experience handling customer complain and how did I handle it.
