The people at Global Holdings seem very satisfied with their positions, and many have been with the company for almost two decades. It felt, however, that this became a flaw in the candidate experience. The first time I met anyone at the company was on a call of 6 people (5 employees + the recruiter). There aren't demo videos readily available online, so it wasn't easy to understand the UI and payment management experience. I'm used to a more informal first interview focused on the role, product, and market. Instead, it jumped right into lists of behavioral questions from 4 different people.
