I found the interview very off-putting.
During the interview, one of the founders questioned the veracity of marketing materials I created in my current position, which is quite strange and insulting. It's also highly misguided since I work in a heavily-regulated industry that requires all materials to be reviewed and approved prior to use.
She also rather condescendingly told me that it would helpful to see a writing sample. Uh, then maybe request one in the job listing,
