I was contacted a couple days after I applied, went in for an in person interview, was told to dress business casual, met with the Manager for that department, explained the role to me then asked me different scenario questions as per relating to the role. They reached out to me a couple days later for a second interview and I was offered the position by the end of the week after the second interview.

The interview process felt unstructured, and the role described didn’t align with the job posting. The interviewer’s casual approach and urgency to hire raised concerns about the company’s expectations and work environment.
