I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Glint (Redwood City, CA) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process was fast and productive. I had two Zoom video interviews on back-to-back days and then the following week an on-site visit for about 3 hours (met with 3 interviewers).
Very welcoming conversations. Pleasant and professional attitudes from all my interviewers, even from the one that took the call from Europe and spoke to me late PM London time.
The team was very transparent throughout the interview process. I received several updates, reminders, and emails to either confirm or offer clarification on expectations.

Interview
Applied through an employee referral. The process took less than 2 weeks. Started with a phone call with the hiring manager. Followed by an onsite interview where I met with multiple interviewers for 30 minutes each. They were focused on Glint culture and how I would be able to make an impact . Everyone I met was enthusiastic about the future of Glint. The interviews were organized. It was a great candidate experience and I knew this was the next company that I wanted to join.
