Met with the recruiter for a typical first round interview. The interviewer was very professional and knew quite a bit about the role and the team. They let me know about the review process which was quite long. Unfortunately I was screened out for not having a specific technical skill which was not listed on the job application and it felt like we wasted eachother's time.

How many implementation projects have you managed at once?
Intense 6 round process including a presentation, IQ test, and top grade interview. As long as you are experienced and know you're stuff, you'll get through! Be yourself though, a lot of diverse backgrounds and they appreciate a unique perspective.
