Submitted my resume, cover letter, and a relevant writing sample (8 pages) online. Called Keystone Alliance 2 times in the next 5 days, talked to an actual person after the second time. Set up an interview with the Program Director whose houses I would be assigned to as case manager. Looked at qualifications, a few (7) questions, and was offered the job on the spot.
