Get ready to be ghosted! I took the time to interview with them in person and they have yet to tell me I didn't get the job. I actually saw on LinkedIn the person who did get the job's status change, that's how I officially found out. I find it unprofessional the way they handled the whole process. I was emailing them to remind them about my candidacy throughout as well.
