Interview
We were purchased by them and kept on as new hires. They were fair and made many adjustments that appealed as employees. They still did a review process and interviewed us as individuals to evaluate where we were as a designer what are strong points were and to find our value.

It was mostly based on what experience we have and what sort of projects we have worked on as well as what sort of work we like to do and how flexible we are with learning and adapting.
