Interview
The interview process is fairly straightforward—it includes an initial conversation with HR, a hands-on test, a meeting with CX management, and a chat with the CX team. HR will stay in touch and guide you throughout the entire process.

Interview
I had 2 calls/ meetings with this company. The first meeting went fine, very standard questions and job summary was shared with room to ask questions. I received an email for the second phase the same day.
The second interview went really well. They asked interesting questions, I asked them many back and they kept stressing how humane their hiring and recruitment process was. The call ended with management emphasizing that they feel I would be an amazing fit both culture wise and within the role. After such emphasis, I had high hopes that their process would remain as transparent. I was then ghosted for ~2-3weeks (much later than the timeline I was shared) , all to receive the most generic thanks for applying email. When I emailed back, asking for some feedback, I was ghosted once again. For clarity, I am not upset about not landing the role, but how misleading and inconsistent my experience was with them.
It is a genuine shame that their recruitment process does not reflect at all what their management claims. I hope they take this feedback seriously and remember that they are dealing with people, and that the more time invested in an individual should warrant a proportional amount of feedback and clarity.

Interview
Scheduled Zoom call that occurred on time, from Alberta to Ontario. Small glitches during the call, but overall the audio/video was clear. Questions were asked and answered in a timely fashion.
