I was invited to interview without applying. Asked for a job description and salary range for the position and got ghosted lol. I'd say research the company, looks like red flags abound.
Participated in three different interviews and did an unpaid assignment. Interview with the founder was more than an hour long and included questions. After that, it was radio silence and I was never notified that I didn’t get a role.
