The interview process went smoothly. HR team contacted me via email for a first screening process with a member of the team. The interview lasted 15 minutes and consisted of two main questions.

The interview process was lengthy, but set clear expectations. However, the rejection justification after the final interview was generic and misaligned with my professional background. The lack of feedback after such an extensive process was disappointing, especially given my strong interest in future opportunities with the organization.

Interview
Initial HR interview followed by team interview with 2 colleagues from the team (supervisor, peer). HR interview was straightforward and open, team interview dug deeper. Questions were sent ahead of time for preparation. The team was nice, it was a good process.
