1st round telephonic interview: 30 min interview, easy-medium questions asked.
2nd round assignment: easy-medium level assignment that has to be completed within 2 days.
3rd round interview: 1 hr medium level technical questions and some questions from the previously completed assignment.
4th round: non-technical general interview to see if the candidate fits in the atmosphere.
5th round: HR, general questions, and salary negotiation
