Multiple steps, spoke with their internal recruiter twice, then direct manager before accepting another offer. We had an additional in person interview scheduled. Process was moving too slow for me at the time and found a different opportunity with higher pay
Between the application and the interview there was a couple of weeks. Setting up the interview was easy and it was in person. The interview was fair, the recruiter was engaging.
